the room had dark blinds. this really enhanced comfort and sleep. all staff were attentive and responded quickly to our queries.
the wi-fi password was incorrect on my card. it took several tries to figure this out! the shower stall floor was slippery. be careful.

The parking was free and very convenient. I really liked the staff. They were very friendly and informative. The beds had comfortable pillows, so I slept well. Everything was super clean. The rooms were very clean.
The rooftop pool lacked shade when it gets hot. It was a problem for me. Umbrellas didn't tilt, so I got too much direct sun. The bar wasn't shaded either.

I loved the calm atmosphere. It helped me relax deeply. the architecture included thoughtful details. the on-site cafe became a regular spot. i found the gym very well-equipped. i could easily maintain my routine even while traveling.
the rooftop pool lacked shade, a bit uncomfortable during the hottest part of the day! tilting umbrellas could improve this.

This hotel sits a little outside the main city area. There is a bus i used for the city. the location next to the forest IS a huge plus. i enjoyed the walks available and the seating areas looking out at the green landscape. the staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the well equipped gym.
the directions provided to get to the hotel from the bus station are a little incomplete. the wifi password on my card was incorrect, which i found frustrating. i did not receive any response from the hotel after i complained.

the staff IS very helpful and friendly at all times. they do a great job assisting with any questions. the reception staff were professional. i appreciated their willingness to help with directions.

breakfast offered many selections each morning, which i enjoyed. the breakfast concierge was accommodating. the hotel restaurant is fantastic; i found plenty of choices. the food quality was very high.

the hotel sits beside the forest; the location is so peaceful. the bus service connects the hotel to the city center. this bus has a very short frequency. a bus ride into the city is convenient.

The breakfasts were AMAZING (the fresh pastries were my favorite!). The staff were helpful. They provided useful information about local attractions. The hotel's proximity to public transport made accessing the city very convenient. The regular bus service runs frequently and made travelling simple.
The mini-bar in the room WASN'T stocked upon arrival. I had to request items.
